That Norm Guy.
Norm opened Psychocity in Saskatchewan in 2003, and as Norm progressed with his love of art and tattooing, (and Harleys!), he also had a passion for the British Columbia Mountains. After meeting his wife, Bobbi, they decided to pack up shop, kids, houses, and bikes, and follow that passion. In 2013, Psychocity Tattoos in Kamloops was born. The busy shop then not only grew with artists, it then submitted to yet another of Norm's dreams of opening a Tattoo Supply company. He branded their own Tattoo Needles, El Diablo Needles, creating a one-stop-shop for Professional Artists, as well as high-end tattoos. Norm has a sense of artistic vision, he creates one-of-a-kind tattoos for each of his customers, as well as creating a memorable experience. Norm loves black and grey realism and anything that looks real. Don't mention colour, that's like a swear word to him!
Kelly Norwood.
Meet Kelly, a multi-talented artist who excels in tattooing and hand pinstriping, also pouring his heart into music with his band. With an incredible attention to detail in everything from pinstriping to lettering, Kelly brings a unique flair to his craft. Always sporting cool hair a warm smile, Kelly's daily bear hugs make him a beloved presence in our shop. Having tattooed with us multiple times over the past decade, he's like that cherished old wallpaper– a part of our fabric that we just can't let go of!
Mackenzie Nelson.
Welcome to my tattoo journey! My name is Mackenzie Nelson, and I jumped into the tattoo scene back in 2019 when I moved to Kamloops. Currently, I'm a 3rd year tattoo artist at Psychocity, soaking up knowledge from the talented artists around me. My passion for art has driven me to pursue a career in tattoos, and I’m excited to specialize in neo-traditional and color tattoos. When I’m not tattooing, you can find me spending time with my critters, nurturing my plants, or catching up with friends. Join me as I continue to learn and grow in this amazing craft!
Zoe Nikki.
I am at the beginning of my career, and I’m grateful to be here at Psychocity as a junior artist. Eager to soak up all the talent and knowledge around me! Outside of the shop, I'm a mother n’ wife, dog-lover, painter, and outdoor enthusiast. Find me with my babies, creating, or riding somewhere in the mountains!
With a lifelong love for all art forms, I've always wanted to pursue a career in tattooing. Inspired by artists like Filouino and Inal Betsekov. I love black and grey and pieces that flow with the body or involve symmetry!
For me, tattooing isn’t just about creating a piece of art it is building genuine relationships with the people who trust me with their bodies. I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and excited about the tattooing process.

Madison Gillette.
Madison is our newest junior tattoo artist, drawn to the darker side of art. Her work leans heavily into creepy, textured imagery, strange forms, and the raw contrast of black and grey, while also having love for the softer, intricate beauty of floral pieces.
Always chasing the next level, Madi spends her time pushing her boundaries, obsessing over detail, and refining her craft one piece at a time. She has limited experience with colour but is eager to experiment, expand her style, and learn from the talented artists around her.
Growing up on the coast, Madi spent 10 years playing rugby, building the grit and discipline she now brings into her work. Outside the studio, she’s usually outdoors, training, or buried in paint, ink, and a sketchbook—turning whatever lives in her head into something a little darker.
